Revolutionary Xfactor Xplanation: Anatomy of an X Gym Xercise
Most X Gym Xercises take about 2.5 minutes to complete. During this time, the constant time under tension (TUT) creates toning, endurance and muscle density. Then, towards the end of the Xercise, when Xtreme fatigue sets in, the muscle defining phase starts and progresses fast, until complete muscle fatigue (CMF) happens, resulting in maximum strength and fat burning results.
The infographic below Xplains this progression and if you store it in your brain, you will be less likely to offload, which of course, interferes with your ability to reach the progressive phases intended for your Xceptional, Xtraordinary results!
Nutrition Revolution Step: Just say NO to GMO!
Are genetically modified foods really that bad? Oh heck yes! In fact, they haven’t even been tested in this country to find out just how bad they are. You are the unwitting test subject and so far, the results are coming back worse than suspected. This is why most other countries on the planet have banned our GM food. Their research shows GM food to be highly toxic, and the cause of many nasty illness, tumors and diseases.
Seriously. For your health and those you care about, eat organic! I’m only telling you this because I care about your health. I don’t have any other agenda or conflicts of interest here. Heck, even if I was wrong about this, then all that would happen is you would spend about 20% more on food and eat more nutrients. If I’m right, then the cost of NOT eating organic will be MUCH more than just money. It will be a price you will not be willing to pay! Why risk it?
Brain Training Revolution: Stretching your mental envelope.
You already know that the X Gym workout is mentally tough. That’s on purpose too because it’s great brain training! The X Gym intensity also causes more BDNF to be released in your brain that actually grows new brain cells!
The combination of pushing hard and getting tougher mentally each workout, simultaneous with the growth of new brain cells, spills over into other areas of your life as well. When you stretch that mental envelope, it gets a little bigger, so next workout, you have a bigger envelope to stretch our even further and so on, until it’s noticeably bigger in your workout, on that hike, with mental clarity, decision-making capacity at work and even more willpower!
Research Revolution: An Xercise habit makes other healthy habits easier to start and maintain.
Xercise is the #1 “keystone habit,” causing other healthy habits to occur, consciously and subconsciously, according to phycologists and researchers. When people start Xercise, they find other healthy habits easier to start or change as well. Research subjects who were put on an exercise program, reported significant decreases in perceived stress and emotional distress. They also reduced bad habits like smoking, alcohol and caffeine consumption, without focusing on changing those habits. They found it easier to eat healthy, emotional control was improved, household chores were less of a “chore,” commitments were easier to keep, they had a better handle on spending, and study habits improved.
Why? Because when you stretch your mental envelope, you are Xercising your brain – especially the prefrontal cortex (PFC) – the part of your brain where willpower comes from. Willpower and your PFC is like a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it becomes. Also, Xercise reduces stress, which is a huge energy suck on your PFC and willpower reserves. Plus, BDNF grows new cells and when those cells are born, they are birthed into a willpower-use envoronment, so they are already primed to turn into additional willpower brain cells!
