How long have you worked at X Gym?  Since October 2016.

Why do you love training clients?  The most rewarding part of training clients is having the ability to help someone turn their entire day around and make progress towards their goals. A lot of the time I have clients come in who are having an off day, or are just down in the dumps; it is amazing to see them be able to leave their workout feeling like a brand new person, with a new lookout on the day. With our workouts only being 21 minutes, I am able to work with so many more of our incredible clients in a day, and am always inspired and motivated by the progress our clients make within these 21-minute sessions.

Why did you choose to work for X Gym?  My first experience with X Gym was actually as a member. I went through about a month and a half of consistent workouts twice a week, which let me tell you was no joke! While maintaining workouts twice a week and taking in nutritional advice from my trainers, I was blown away by how fast I saw results. I felt stronger, had more energy, and confidence all within a couple of weeks at X Gym. I chose to become a trainer here because I fully believe in what we do at X Gym and wanted to be able to help others achieve the same results I had experienced. One of my favorite parts of working at X Gym is being able to watch clients transform mentally, emotionally, and physically in such a short period of time right before my eyes. We are truly a family here and the support of others while working toward their goals is undeniable.

Tell us something interesting about yourself:  When I am not training clients I am actually training as a dancer! I grew up in Bend, Oregon and have been dancing since the age of 8. My background in dance has allowed me to branch into the fitness industry and I love how the two coincide so well together. Currently, I train about 15 hours a week, with the goal of becoming a professional working dancer in the industry. I have trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, lyrical, and hip-hop. Other things I love to do are hiking, wake surfing, kick boxing, and traveling.

How long have you worked at X Gym? Since February 2017.

Why do you love training clients? I look forward to new and old challenges that clients may have. I love seeing clients improve their ability mentally and physically.

Why did you choose to work for X Gym? The X Gym Techniques are for young, old and all fitness levels. Every day I learn something new about fitness by reading and learning from others.

Tell us something interesting about yourself: I was fortunate enough to be born in Hawaii where I lived and learned the old Polynesian ways of life. I lived off the land and sea. I hunted, fished and gathered. I believe this is where I began my true training.

Why did you choose to work for X Gym? I choose to work here at the X Gym because I strongly believe in what we’re doing here.  The X Gym methods and protocols are the most efficient and effective I’ve ever seen in the fitness industry to date, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to work alongside such passionate (and competent) trainers here at the X Gym.

Why did you choose to work for X Gym? The gym culture at X Gym far exceeds any other gym that I have trained at or have been a client of. There is no intimidation involved and all clients are encouraged and supported as they work on their fittest self. And X Gym treats me very well as a trainer. I have a lot of respect for this company. We are a family here.

Tell us something interesting about yourself: I was invited to the Junior Olympics for Tae Kwon Do in my early teen years. I worked diligently until I got my black belt. I was a part of the champion intramural Ultimate Frisbee team for two consecutive years during my time at Seattle Pacific University. My current goal is to be able to do a one armed pull up.

Why do you love training clients? I love training clients to see their improvements both physically and mentally. Large and obvious changes such as shedding body fat and gaining muscle are great, but I really love when they tell me that they are now flexible enough to touch their toes; or when they were able to engage in a sporting event they’ve done in their past once again.

Why did you choose to work for X Gym? I love training X Gym clients because I feed off the passion and effort they put into our time together. It is something I have never experienced in other fitness facilities. Our clients take their health and fitness seriously, and that is exactly why I am at X Gym.

Tell us something interesting about yourself: I am a movie buff, and I can talk for hours about any movie, any genre. I speak 3 languages. I grew up in Western Europe, and I have lived in 2 different countries in Europe. Bodybuilding was my passion for a about 5-6 years.
