Why do you love training clients?  The most rewarding part of training clients is having the ability to help someone turn their entire day around and make progress towards their goals. A lot of the time I have clients come in who are having an off day, or are just down in the dumps; it is amazing to see them be able to leave their workout feeling like a brand new person, with a new lookout on the day. With our workouts only being 21 minutes, I am able to work with so many more of our incredible clients in a day, and am always inspired and motivated by the progress our clients make within these 21-minute sessions.

Why do you love training clients? I love training clients to see their improvements both physically and mentally. Large and obvious changes such as shedding body fat and gaining muscle are great, but I really love when they tell me that they are now flexible enough to touch their toes, or when they were able to engage in a sporting event they’ve done in their past once again.

Why do you love training clients? I enjoy helping people see the potential in themselves that maybe they find hard to see sometimes. We all just need someone to believe in us more than we do in ourselves and I love the fact that I'm able to be that for our clients.

Why do you love training clients? I’ve been in the personal training business since 2004 as well as a golf pro and tennis instructor, so it feels natural for me. There’s a lot of pride coupled with the personal and professional satisfaction of knowing that you’re being asked to help and improve the physical well-being of someone. It’s a true calling for me...on a minor note, the constant interaction with clients also helps me further hone my budding stand up comedy routine, which has been in development for some time as well...
