You know how easy it is to get started on stuff, but then how hard it can be to keep going? I sure do. We all do.
We all want to change and take action, but that can be hard. The body doesn’t actually like change and action because that takes energy, so it prefers the status quo and inaction.
Everyone knows that success in anything only comes out of action and energy, so change and growth require this.
There’s an old saying, “The successful person makes a habit of doing what the failing person doesn’t like to do.”
Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.”
