X GYM IS OPEN!

X Gym Online is also OPEN, normal hours, of course, and always will be, as long as the internet is on. X Gym Eastside (the physical gym) is open even if power and internet are down because we have a generator. 😉
Since we are doing both live and online now, the choice is yours!
For those of you who like to train at home and the gym, just let us know of any changes to your plan with a notice of at least 24 hours ahead of time, via text to 206-938-XGYM (9496) because we can switch and adapt easily!
For in-gym group classes, please schedule yourself with the MemberMe+ app so we know to Xpect you live. Otherwise, just follow the Zoom instructions below to attend online (and no need to put yourself in the schedule).
Parking garage procedure: If the garage door is down, use the code found in your member scheduling app to get in. You will find it in “Announcements,” and also in “Notifications.”
And remember the routines are posted on the home Xercise workout page in case you miss a class and need to make it up or to get in some Xtra workouts!
To get in on the Zoom class, just click the link below:
Once you click in, choose the option “Join with computer audio.”
When prompted enter this letter as the password: x (lower case letter x)
