This is not a recommendation or prescription, as PJ is a researcher and not a doctor, but many people ask how he stays so well, so he wanted to publish his personal strategy to satisfy all the curiosity. It’s mostly due to his prayer life and the strategies listed in the links above, but here are some extra things he does when traveling on an airplane or is around crowds (i.e. a concert).
- Vit D3 + K2 1X/day (already doing year-round, but listed again because of its importance).
- Xlear 2 squirts in each nostril AM and PM (plus after a flight or being in a crowd).
- Colloidal silver 2 squirts AM and PM (under the tongue for best absorption).
- Cl2O 14 drops of part A in a glass that is tilted so it stays on one side. Then he add 14 drops of part B on top of the part A drops. Then PJ mixes it with a separate glass utensil for about five seconds, and then lets it sit for another 60 seconds. Then he fills a 20 oz. glass bottle with filtered water, pours the solution into that, and drinks from it, stretching it out to last the day (never taking any big gulps – just normal swallows).
- Ivermectin 12 MG AM and PM – alldaychemist.com (he signed up for an account and when he gets to the doctor info window, he just leaves everything blank and clicks through.
- Nicotine patch 1/day (directions on the box).
Remember, PJ is a researcher, biohacker, and natural health nut, so his strategies might seem very strange. And if all this isn’t weird enough, PJ also has a nebulizer and mixes saline with hydrogen peroxide and iodine to kill any respiratory bug that still gets through (every 3 years or so for him). In this case, it shortens the illness to just hours or maybe a couple of days at the most.
