Why do you love training clients? The most rewarding part of training clients is having the ability to help someone turn their entire day around and make progress towards their goals. A lot of the time I have clients come in who are having an off day, or are just down in the dumps; it is amazing to see them be able to leave their workout feeling like a brand new person, with a new lookout on the day. With our workouts only being 21 minutes, I am able to work with so many more of our incredible clients in a day, and am always inspired and motivated by the progress our clients make within these 21-minute sessions.

Why do you love training clients? I enjoy helping people see the potential in themselves that maybe they find hard to see sometimes. We all just need someone to believe in us more than we do in ourselves and I love the fact that I'm able to be that for our clients.

Why do you love training clients? I have a passion for body mechanics, and I love helping people relearn how to use their muscles and joints correctly. As a member of X-Gym methodology for over 15 years (prior to becoming a trainer), I possess a unique insight into maximizing clients' muscle fatigue in time-under-tension style exercise, along with maintaining correct posture and inter-limb function to get the most out of their workouts in the safest possible way.

Why do you love training clients? I love training clients because every day I’m helping people achieve their fitness goals. I help my clients learn proper form to avoid injuries, hold them accountable to work hard and be on time to train, build confidence, and make long-term progress using X Gym’s unique methods.
