I just asked ChatGPT, “If I was stranded on a desert island for the rest of my life and had an unlimited supply of just seven foods, what should they be?”
 
It said: “Eggs, sweet potatoes, salmon, spinach, lentils, almonds, and bananas.”
 
I said, “Wouldn’t these six foods be better than your seven: Eggs, beef, liver, broccoli sprouts, strawberries, and cheese?”
 

It admitted defeat but did give a good suggestion to add seaweed for iodine and sodium. I concur!

I actually eat all of these often, including the seaweed (from Costco in the little sheets).

Now you know what foods to eat more often because if these are good enough to make you thrive without any other foods, they should certainly be a big part of your diet!
