This workshop is for people who:
- Have busy lives with a “go-go” rhythm throughout the day and little “extra” time
- Care about their health
- Want new stress reduction strategies and techniques
- Are between 40 – 70 years young
You will learn practical FLOW skills including:
- Tools, tips, and techniques to enhance flow and feelings of well-being
- How to access your flow (emotionally balanced) state, how it feels, and strategies to maintain the state longer
- Stretching and yoga
- Reflexology
- Acupressure
- Meridian tapping
- Qigong
- Mindful Eating and other tools to create and sustain a positive relationship with food
