The Proof is in the Pudding…

IMG_0631Did you know that the Big Climb stair race, up the tallest building in Seattle, is also the largest attended stair climb on the planet? 6000 racers turn out for this climb and nearly 300 teams compete against each other in this 69 story tower race.

Did you know that tower racing is known as the hardest sport in the world? This is because it takes both strength and endurance to run up tall buildings.

The marathon runners show up for tower races, expecting to do quite well and to their credit, they have all the heart and lungs they need for something like this, but they notice around floor 20, that they don’t have the strength in their legs necessary to be competitive.

The bodybuilders and power lifters show up for tower races, expecting to be quite fast and to their credit, they have all the strength they need for something like this, but they notice around floor 10, that they don’t have the heart or lungs necessary to be competitive.

Most sports require either strength or endurance, but rarely both. X Gym trains both, unlike traditional training or most other gyms and training styles. This is why the X Gym has won the last seven years in a row, at the world’s largest stair race in Seattle.

The X Gym also owns the record in that tower for the fastest male, female and team time. And X Gym owns the records in several other towers in the Northwest as well as many towers elsewhere in the USA.

We don’t just claim to have the best strength and endurance system – we prove it!
