The X Gym now offers this option as well! Just contact us to set up your free trial. This first free session will be a one-on-one workout, so we can give you the attention you need to get set up with the proper routine and level for your particular fitness and preferences. After that, it’s up to you whether you would like to try the group experience or the one-on-one style.

West Seattle group strength training:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday – 9:30 am
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 12:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday – 6:30 pm
- Saturday 9:30
West Seattle group Xardio (cardio) training:
- Monday – 7:30 am
- Tuesday – 11:30 am
- Wednesday – 10:30 am
- Friday – 11:30 am
- Saturday – 9 am
