Can you handle an intense workout?
We do high intensity strength training only, with no exceptions. Our members range in age from 20 to 80 and in fitness from obese individuals to competitive athletes. Almost anyone can workout at the X Gym, but not everyone can handle it.
Are you truly ready for results?
Our members are required to get results to continue membership so if you doubt your ability to get in shape or are just looking for a club to putter around in, the X Gym is not for you. We are committed to your progress, and use every mental and physical technique available to get you the best and fastest results possible. If your commitment matches ours, we will be a perfect fit.
It isn’t for everyone…
We are the first to admit that the X Gym isn’t for everyone. It is usually because of personality differences or lower pain tolerance levels that people don’t find themselves suited for the protocol. The kind of pain you experience at the X Gym is a good pain because it means you are being pushed hard enough for your body to make positive changes. Bad pain usually associated with conventional training is often injury related because of the fast, repetitive and ballistic nature of their programs. Our positive pain does not carry this high correlation of injury because our protocols are much safer. We have a better way of looking at pain. We see it this way: “Pain Is Weakness Leaving Your Body”.
For those that can’t take it: no problem. We simply refer them elsewhere to a trainer with a different style or a program that will appeal to your specific preference. We’re not interested in your membership fees if you won’t get 100% of the results that our program is designed to deliver. That’s another one of the many differences between the X Gym and other gyms. Our first priority is producing the kind of results that leave you feeling like you got a bargain for your money!
