PJ
PJ went from 13.1% bodyfat to 7.4%
(and now, years later, he is even leaner and stronger!)
How did PJ do it?
- Exercised at the X Gym for 20 minutes, twice a week.
- Drank 10-12 glasses of water a day.
- Matched fat grams to fiber grams. At the end of each day his fiber gram total had to be as much or more than his fat gram total.
- Kept protein up around 100 grams per day. (.75 grams per pound of lean weight.)
Individual results vary, but everyone experiences success at the X Gym.

PJ lost 32 pounds and got down to 7.7% body fat in less than 4 months for local April 2005 bodybuilding shows without losing ANY muscle! To see how he did it Click the link below. The food diary starts on the day he began his diet. To see the diet in its entirety scroll forward through the days.
