Hello and greetings from the X Gym! We know that many of you ask yourself every day, “What do I need to eat in order to hit the goals I have set for myself?” We can help you with our comprehensive toolbox of techniques to help you achieve your goals.
The two most important connections to obtaining your fitness goals are proper nutrition and X Gym strength training. We will provide you with easy and proven steps to do both.
If you are a one-on-one training member, your membership includes a one-on-one nutrition assessment, along with ongoing guidance.
If you are a group training member at the $145 rate, your membership includes group nutrition coaching as well as additional customized guidance. Just check with your club master for more details.
After you fill out the handy, dandy form below, please start the following 3 important steps immediately (and even if you decide not to make an appointment, these three nutritional pointers will be amazing):
- Drink at least 77oz of filtered water per day.
- Start a daily food log (our fav is myfitnesspal.com).
- Eat more green, leafy vegetables than your are now.
