America is on the edge of a new record!

This summer, Americans might set a new record in Xercise participation.

Gallup surveys have shown a seasonal trend in exercise, with the peak number of workouts happening in the summer.

In June 2015, 55.5% of Americans reported some form of regular Xercise, setting a record for recent years.

As you can see in the chart to the left, we’ve still got a few months to go before the typical June high and we are on our way to break that record, so let’s go for it!

No time to help do your part in setting this record? Do you have 42 minutes per week? Then you have time for X Gym. Or walking 2-3 times a week. Or interval training for 7 minutes twice a week. It’s all good!

What? You say you don’t actually have even 42 minutes per week? Believe it of not, some people really do say that and they are usually the same people who talk about watching the latest reality shows, happy hour with their friends, etc., etc. Truly – if you really think about it and are truthful with yourself, 21 minutes, twice a week really is totally doable. No more Xcuses!
